  last night s and i watched the final epidose of degrassi high. next we just need to watch the movie, and eventually, i will get episodes of the next generation. it was a whirlwind journey over which, four months or so.. them kids.. they growed up sooo fast. we watched them fast enough that we picked up may plot holes and errors.. ~~ s is a startrek geek.. i knew this long ago.. but last night she was reserving episodes from the library so that she can watch them.. :)

  so last night i had weird dreams. I dreamt that i was Joey from Degrassi High... I was not "Joey", but i might as well have been as every decision i made and thought was manifested by Joey's actions. I dreamt that i was struggling to pass my Magnetics test (this makes sense as in the episode Suzuki and i watched last night, i did not study because i was sneaking around to see a band make a video). Someone else was having trouble too though. Duane was having some issues with passing one of his quizes, and it is due not to lack of knowledge on the subject, but organizational skills. I help him out (as we have a recent semi-truce and my transfer into special education has helped me greatly) and he passes his quiz with flying colors. Duane not being the sharpest tool, thinks he can pass the same information off as correct for every class he takes, just changing the name on the top to match the class topic. after he fails, he decides to hunt me down and slaughter me in front...

  is it just me or does 99% of the CRAP in the episode III trailer look like lucas stuffing more crappy CG down our throats again? even at the end when vader is crossing his arms, it looks like bad cg.. whatever happened to the age old story where someone gets put in a big black shiney costume, their voice gets dubbed with someone elses, mastermind behind it all fails to give credit where credit is due, gets sued by a big time african american film icon.......   (thanks to the metaphorge memetic infectious diseasicus for the original link) interview with Nakata Hideo the 2nd american Ring movie (Ring 2) may just turn out to be worth watching... apparently, Hideo was directing 9which i didnt know) and it is based on all new scripts pulling virtually nothing from the existing japanese films... as i have not seena hideo movie i disliked, i really look forward to this now. as far as universal studios having options to remake Chaos?.. fuck them if they try... im getting sick of this remake bullshit.. speaking of remakes.. after having watched Assault on precinct 13 again last night, i realized that i may have to be held at gun point to watch the new version.... i love the old one too much.. its classic as all hell.. i would love to see someone try and redo escape from new york.. how could snake pliskin land his glider on the trade centers now? (i know.. poor taste)
