weirdness...
ok..
so after returning from Utah on my trip, i have noticed weird physical issues that i cannot explain.
I have a stuffed up nose but that is easily explained..
while i was there, i was out of breath fairly often.. this can be attributed to the fact that i recently quit smoking (again), the thinner atmosphere, and the fact that i am a lazy sow who doesnt excercise..
issues:
since my return, all of my joints ache.. and i mean ACHE.. climbing stairs or lifting things is painful..
especially noticable is the stairs and standing bits... my knees are definitely being aflicted..
i also feel like i am suffocating.. no matter what i am doing, i feel like i do not have enough air. the only times this is not the case is when i have direct air on my face, like from a fan... steam from a shower, or from food, makes it feel worse...
so.. wither i am going crazy, i am being affected by some bizarre cold symptoms, or something witht he altitude change has screwed with me...
any other options? anyone else ever exeperience these symptoms that can assist?
